A role has come up today for a Multi Trade Plumber to work in tenanted and void properties in the North West London area.
The Post We are looking to recruit a Multi skilled plumber to carry out building plumbing repairs and associated works, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties.
In this post you will
• Work in Void and occupied properties completing maintenance work to mostly bathrooms and Kitchens. • Complete basic Multi Trade tasks such as basic joinery, plastering, tiling work etc to make good. • Carry out Plumbing works and relevant trade duties as instructed by the Supervisor on Responsive, Planned, Empty Homes, • Use the PDA (or other electronic devise as provided) to keep various records accurately, order materials, order follow on and new repair
Full Time hours working Monday to Friday and some Saturday work if needed.
Requirements needed to apply.
• A full driving licence required - • Qualification in Plumbing NVQ equivalent. • CSCS Card
