Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter / Plumber VAN PROVIDED

I'm looking for a Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter / Plumber biased for work around Birmingham. A company van and fuel card will be provided from day one

The Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter / Plumber will be working on reactive maintenance on a social housing contract in the Birmingham areas, using their skillset which will include:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Patch Plastering
• Tiling
• Painting and Decorating
• Fencing

The Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter / Plumber will:

• Have experience in social housing
• Have less than 6 points on their driving licence
• Hold a valid CSCS Card

In return the Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter / Plumber will receive

• A company van and fuel card
• £14.50 per hour
• The opportunity to join the company on a permanent basis after 12 weeks.
