eCommerce National Sales Manager - Bathroom Accessories Job Title: E-Commerce National Sales Manager -Bathrooms Accessories Industry Sector: eCommerce, Digital Channel, Bathroom Industry, Bathroom Accessories, Showering Products and KBB Area to be covered: National Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + 25% Bonus Benefits: Fully expensed 3 series BMW or Audi A4 equivalent car & comprehensive benefits The role of the E-Commerce National Sales Manager - Bathroom Accessories & Showering products will involve: · Home based field sales role promoting our clients range of bathroom accessories and showering products online and introducing new products to the UK market · Three days a week working from home/ office, rest of the time on the road selling · Initially responsibility for circa 5 eCommerce/ online businesses · Predominantly an account management role (80% day one) although this will evolve after 6 months to become 30% account management, 50% new business development and 20% project work (integrating with group strategy, content management, investigating B2B on-line platforms etc.) · Revenue responsibility for approx. £400,000 · Tasked with growing revenue to £2m in the next 2 years · Working with key stakeholders, both locally in the UK and within the International group to develop and deliver the strategic channel plans for eCommerce and Group digital strategy · Manage and deliver targeted profitable growth through eCommerce accounts by creating and maintaining leading positions within our categories for new & existing products · Create yearly targets for each individual customer account, and deliver against this · Ensure a seamless consumer journey, optimised brand experience and operational perfection · Review market trends and competitor activity to ensure business and strategy is current and relevant and make amends/ recommendations · Work closely with head office key stakeholders and group to ensure UK business alignment to channel, process and account plans/ strategy The ideal applicant will be an E-Commerce National Sales Manager -Bathrooms Accessories & Showering Products with: · Must have an in depth understand of the UK eCommerce market, demonstrating knowledge of the key levels, trends and insights as well as understanding of key European suppliers into the UK market · Experience of key account management within the bathroom industry in eCommerce and/ or retail channels, or with the ability to build strong customer relationships · Strong analytical data driven problem solving and decision making skills · Understands the importance of high content standards · Experience of dealing with pan European pricing and web pricing management and understands impact this can have with traditional routes to market · Excellent project management skills · Well organised · Ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets The Company: · Leading brand in Bathroom industry · 100+ UK employees · Circa £25 UK turnover Whilst we will always endeavour to respond to you, due to the high levels of applications we receive this isn't always possible.
