Interim Estates Surveyor - Council - 6 Months - North West- £30 Per Ho

My Local Authority Client based in the North West is currently looking for an interim Estates Surveyor to join the team on a 6 month contract. Due to Covid19, the role will initially be home based with a view to be in the office once social distancing has been lifted in line with government guidelines. Skills/Roles/Requirements: -You must be a MRICS qualified as they are looking for a Surveyor who can work on a range of Estates Management work including rent reviews, leases, service charges, day to day tenant issues as well as some valuations work. -They also require someone who has a good understanding of the processes around acquisitions and investment of Council owned property. -The Client is ideally looking for a Surveyor who has some management experience and some Local Authority experience although, in depth knowledge of North West property portfolio work will also be highly desirable. -If you are a Registered Valuer or have extensive Valuation experience then the Client would be interested in seeing your CV. *Position urgently required* If you are interested in the position, please apply ASAP by sending your latest CV to Please forward on to anyone you know who may be suited.
