Fitter Team Leader

We are looking for Tradesman / Fitters / Builders etc to join our client as a Fitter Team Leader.

You'll be working within Modular Building Factory setting, conducting a variety of assembly, construction, finishing tasks in order to produce high quality modular buildings.

As a Fitter Team Leader approx 80% of your time will be spent hands on, so really a position where you lead by example.

You'll help and show your team the tasks they need to complete with clear instructions and offer support where needed.

Reporting to the Production Manager who'll manage output, quality and general environment and culture around your team activity.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:-

We are looking for a good background in assembly, fitter, construction, general trades who are capable of following assembly instructions and use of a range of tools to complete tasks.

You'll demonstrate some leadership qualities and hopefully experience of leading a team.

Any skilled assembly, fitting based experience is relevant, albeit from machinery, automotive, aerospace, construction etc.
