This is one of our newer division so you will have the help from other areas within the company whereby you can contact existing customers of our firm in order to increase the groundworks division. We offer complete solutions to the construction industry dealing in shoring equipment, temporary bridges, piling equipment, trench technology, ground protection and road equipment.With over 10 years of Ground force experience and have safety stringent portfolio of products and services to meet the development of today's market, operating in the UK, Ireland and Europe.Job information:Meeting businesses across the whole of ScotlandOffering a competitive salary of £30 - £40kCar, pension, life insurance, 25 days holidayGroundworks & Shoring divisionIndustry experience is IDEAL but if you have sold into plant managers before and know the plant industry well, please do applyOpportunity to work for a stable firm who never closed as a business over CovidOpportunity to deal with existing customers across other divisions in order to introduce the groundwork equipmentExciting project for a tenacious individual with a passion for the construction industryDealing with new product introductions in order to fulfil client needs2% commission on paid invoicesWe would like the next person to start in the new year but can start people immediately if they're rightEnsuring that groundworks sales meet Business Units targets and leads to market share growth in line with our purpose and valuesComing up with innovative ways to increase your personal growth with the business, to expand on the product portfolio and to increase market shareBooking and attending customer meetings in ScotlandLiaising with internal teams on quotes, enquiries and stockManagement of business databases consisting of builders, specifiers and architects.Ensure customers are kept in the loop throughout the entire project including delivery times, any product issues, new product introductions and so on.Handling complaints from customers in an appropriate mannerWorking with suppliers and keeping in touch with them regularly to ensure needs are metEnsuring all areas have been covered - sales, H&S, staff costs, profit, gross margins and stock.Regularly monitor customer spends and analyse who is spending what, where and when in order to generate a solid plan of action for the remainder of your working career with the businessFull account management working as a 360 salesmanKeeping an eye on competition and upcoming market trends then putting a plan in place on how to introduce new products and who will be your target audience for thisThank you for reading & your application.
