Fee to Landlords

An initial set up fee of £300 and 10% of the rent deducted monthly. For example, a rent of £500 per month would be charged at £300 for the set up fee, followed by £50 deducted each month, which means we would pay you £150 for the first month and £450 each month thereafter
     
Rent Guarantees start at £65.00 per 6 month tenancy
 
Renewal of tenancy £50.00 (managed service) or £100 (let only) per 6 month tenancy
 
Additional inspections are charged at £50 per visit
 
We make a charge for our inventories which is negotiable dependent on size and condition of the property, starting at £65.
 
If let on a Lettings Only Service a Flat Fee of £400 or 75% of the first months rent (whichever is greater) is applicable.

Our standard Gas Safety Certificate fee is £75.00*. This does not include a service which may be necessary every year.  £150.00 with a service.

Deposit Disputes. If, at the end of the tenancy, there is a dispute between yourself and the tenant over damages that cannot be settled between yourselves and needs to be handled by the Alternative Disputes Resolution Service, we will make charge for our time in preparing the paperwork, providing evidence and answering any questions the Adjudicator may raise. For this we will charge £45 per hour. Please be aware that normally there is a MINIMUM of four hours work involved in this.
 
Any repairs, parts, additional labour will incur additional charges.

Deposit Registration Fee:                                                           £35.00 (No VAT)
Register landlord and tenant details and protect the security deposit with a government-authorised scheme
Provide the tenant(s) with the Deposit Certificate and Prescribed Information within 30 days of the start of the tenancy
