Deposit Disputes. If, at the end of the tenancy, there is a dispute between yourself and the tenant over damages that cannot be settled between yourselves and needs to be handled by the Alternative Disputes Resolution Service, we will make charge for our time in preparing the paperwork, providing evidence and answering any questions the Adjudicator may raise. For this we will charge £45 per hour. Please be aware that normally there is a MINIMUM of four hours work involved in this.
Any repairs, parts, additional labour will incur additional charges.
