Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a People Systems and Operations Co-ordinator on a part-time basis to support our Group People Operations team. The successful person will work 2.5 days per week and ideally be able to work these hours over five days but there could be some flexibility offered on these hours. The main purpose of the role is to provide a customer focused, people systems and administration service to the wider Willmott Dixon business. Duties and responsibilities of this role include: Systems: Day to day systems administration including data input and production of reports from the People Management and Learning Management systems. Project Co-ordination: Project coordination of annual people events including organisation of venues and general administrative support. Providing support to ad hoc projects as required. Administration: Support with all administrative tasks relating to the People Operations team function including organising meetings, taking minutes of meetings and some diary management. Essential and Desirable Criteria Essential skills required: Accuracy and attention to detail. Computer literacy and systems management (Intermediate Level for MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Good numeracy skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to continuously prioritise workload in a deadline driven environment. Strong organisational skills. Team player. Ability to follow through to completion with all tasks. Good customer service skills. Good general level of education to A-Level or equivalent. Desirable: HR Database/ Systems Management experience. Advanced Excel Skills. Experience of managing problems and proposing solutions. Previous work experience in a Human Resources environment. Personal Qualities Excellent customer service and can do attitude. Team player. Strong work ethic. Flexible approach. Ability to build relationships both internally and externally. Ability to work confidentially.
