The role We are currently recruiting for an individual with a strong love for hotel operations to take on the role as Operations Manager. The ideal Operations Manager will have previous management skills along with a passion for ensuring the quality of service on all fronts. As Operations Manager you will hands on, pro-active and able to oversee all departments with in this Hotel. The Operations Manager will also be financial astute and able to control staff costs and budgets. The Operations Manager will also be a key part of the function sheet and departmental Management meetings. This role will allow the successful candidate to assist in the daily running of this Hotel. Candidates are required to be organised, switched-on and be fully front facing. This is one of the ideal early steps for any individual wanting to work their way up to a General Management role in the future. What We Are Looking For Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following: · Experience in all operations with in the Hotel environment. · Excellent organisation, and communication skills along with a strong command of the English Language. · A passion for service and quality on all fronts. · Ability to problem solve and control budgets across all departments. · A confident and approachable hands on Manager. · Career minded individuals wishing to excel. · An eye for details and a desire for the best standards.
