The Opportunity The most exciting Air Conditioning Company in the South East! Our Clients are actively seeking a reliable, organised, disciplined and structured Operations Executive to add to its team in a growth position with an attitude to progress as an individual & work together with a strong technical team. They are a rapidly growing business with the attitude of \"Being number 1\" doubling in growth each year. With growth becomes a new challenge. Due to several contract wins, they are seeking an Operations Executive based which will be responsible for the following but not limited to... Duties to include: * Managing suppliers / orders * Taking Deliveries (lifting / manual work involved - must be fit and able) * Managing stock levels of materials * Implementing a stock system / allocating material for projects * Ordering & monitoring of equipment * Set up of new office move to include to stock control system, stock rotation system, all eventually to be digital * Contribute to the deliverance of a company up scaling with ideas & innovation * Management of software for engineers (includes setting up & overseeing) * Management & overseeing, the companies vehicle fleet (monthly checks, management of insurances, MOT's & servicing) * Implement Health & safety in the tool place carrying our tool box talks / office talks) * Be able to prepare office to engineer meetings once a month to further promote clarity * Admin duties to include answering calls, procurement & buying of equipment / materials The ideal candidate: Should have experience or at least an appreciation / passion in some of the below areas: Experience in Air conditioning / Mechanical environment would be an advantage but not critical. The individual needs to be big team player, being able to manage various stakeholders which vary from: * Engineers * Suppliers * Visitors & customers Demonstrate the need for control in a busy work environment. Have a sharp eye for detail. Demonstrate past experiences of companies / workplace which have benefitted from systems you have implemented. This is an exciting opportunity for someone whom wants to either develop into a growing company, or wants to use their existing skills to help upscale the business into new avenues SALARY & BENEFITS £18,000 - £24,000 (DOE) + BENEFITS + PROGRESSIVE OPPORTUNITIES Location: STATIC / OFFICE BASED ROLE: CRAWLEY, WEST SUSSEX (MUST BE WITHIN A COMFORTABLE COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO OFFICE)
