We are also renowned globally for protecting government buildings including Embassies, Foreign Commonwealth Offices, HMRC, Home Office, Ministry of Defence, Treasury, and Local Authorities. The Role We are growing at pace and are looking for a skilled and ambitious Operations Administrator who will not only support the Operations Management Team deliver the demands of a busy operation but want to grow their skills in Operations Project Management. As such we need a dynamic individual who is willing to learn quickly and get stuck in to ensure we can continue to surpass our client's expectations. The role would suit a confident, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, someone extremely organised who holds confidence that enables them to engage professionally and politely with both UK and International clients, freight agents, and key suppliers. Supporting the Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing parts of the project process, including arranging time-critical sea or road transportation via our network of freight agents and haulers, ensuring products meet our waiting installation teams. Ensuring site paperwork, such as Method Statements are completed and approved by liaising with site personnel. We will, of course, provide training and guidance on our bespoke products and processes, however, you must possess the desire and passion to learn and grow the business with us as there will in turn be the opportunity to develop and grow to more senior roles within the business. Experience Administrative experience within a manufacturing, freight logistics, or Field Service environment OR recently graduated and looking to start a new career in Operations Project Management. * Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) * Ideally some knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or other ERP system) * Passionate, driven, and entrepreneurial outlook * Excellent and organized administration skills * Can multi-task * Must be self-motivated This role would suit an individual looking for an entry-level position to kick start a career in our exciting security sector.
