IT Support Manager/Operations Lead Technically hands-on IT Operations Lead/Support Manager/Service Desk Manager, sought to join an established and rapidly growing professional services consultancy at their Central London HQ, a company consistently awarded one of the UK's Best Work Places. Key responsibilities include line management of the IT Service Desk Team Lead and a team of six Service Desk Analysts; technical point of escalation for the Service Desk, with the ability to troubleshoot most P1 issues; provision of technical expertise ranging from 1st, 2nd to 3rd line; mentorship and technical training; resource and work allocation; IT projects; guidance on ITSM tool outputs and reporting.Seeking candidates with hands-on technical troubleshooting expertise, from a Service Desk Manager/Support Manager/IT Manager/IT Operations management background.Salary is circa £55,000 - £60,000 plus a bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
