HR Operations Officer - Bath At Buro Happold you’ll work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, contributing to projects that inspire awe, transform communities and help to combat climate change. We have a key role that has arisen in our Bath office.  You’ll be providing administrative support to an assigned area of the business; ensuring administration of our employee records and providing a great customer experience throughout the full employee lifecycle, from joining to leaving our business. As first point of contact for all HR queries, you will be processing all changes for employees including changes to contracts of employment, payroll changes, updating our HR data and lifestyle changes, e.g. maternity, paternity etc. In addition, from time to time, you will be involved with various HR initiatives and projects to support the business. We are looking for someone who is pro-active, flexible, approachable, motivated and a good team worker. We are a small team so it is vital that you are positive and willing to assist others when workload requires this. You should have previous HR experience which demonstrates your handling of sensitive data and be highly trustworthy with confidential information and have effective organisational skills enabling you to prioritise and multitask. You must demonstrate strong attention to detail, as our data is required to be 100% accurate, together with effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain sometimes complex HR processes to employees. Experience of IT skills, particularly Word and Excel are fundamental, as well as experience of using databases. This role is based in our Bath office.  We are currently working from home, following the governments guidelines.  Whilst this role will have some flexibility for future working from home, you will be required to attend the Bath office for at least 50% of the working week when restrictions end.
