Our Senior Managers and Directors in Banking Transformation focus on operationalisation of strategy, purpose and customer experience through transforming business architecture, informing the implementation of new technology and improving cost effectiveness and efficiency. You will be at the head of multi-disciplinary teams to collectively solve some of the toughest problems for the biggest brands. Role Description Working with Partners and Directors to drive improvement for our clients primarily in lending, leading the end-to-end pursuit of utility models and managed services and identifying new opportunities to support our clients with their transformation agendas. Lead the delivery of lending transformation programmes with our clients in financial services firms. Balance client priorities with engagement commercial performance to ensure profitable delivery and satisfied clients. Build relationships with clients to become their trusted advisor Develop and deliver the lending architecture for our clients Contribute to the development of our approach to all core aspects of Transformation Architecture including real estate and channel dynamics. Engage effectively across our global firm to bring our collective strengths together to build innovative and robust solutions for our clients Lead our diverse teams to support their development, career aspirations and well-being as they share their career journeys with us at EY. Embed an inclusive and diverse approach to the leadership of our teams Technical Skills & Knowledge: Deep lending and mortgage servicing experience Channel insight, particularly for servicing in physical as well as digital channels Experience in operating model design, process design and cost reduction in a transformational context including technology transformation Deep Banking (Retail and / or Commercial) experience ideally with a focus on digitisation of lending across the value chain Experience in managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally Experience in managing teams and managing complex project delivery Ability to structure, manage and guide teams through complex engagements Ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships with clients Proficient knowledge and experience in delivering architecture for business transformation spanning from business architecture and operating model design through to detailed operational design, transition design and design implementation oversight Strong affinity with core disciplines interfacing with Transformation Architecture including Agile, Design Thinking and technology enabled transformation Deep knowledge of core banking products including consumer or commercial lending Deep knowledge of relevant business areas and functions, specifically the COO function Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with an ability to present robust, evidencebased solutions to clients succinctly and creatively Excellent innovation, problem-solving and structured thinking skills, able to generate insight and committed to delivering high-quality solutions Possess an analytical and rational mindset, with an aptitude for identifying and articulating the reasoning behind your recommendations Experience in working collaboratively across teams and business functions Required Experience: Broad and extensive experience in consulting or business Deep knowledge of Banking sector #LI-DNI "#LI-DNI" #LI-DNP "#LI-DNP" My Profile Create and manage profiles for future opportunities.
