To manage a team of supply chain planners/buyers to ensure demand and planning within Pall Newquay and to optimise the use of manufacturing capacity to best meet the needs of the customers and the business.\n \nManage the warehouse Value Stream Lead to ensure product is shipped on time, stock accuracy, cycle counting and goods receipting of product.\n \n Main Duties: \n• Interrogate SAP for the demand of products to enable the development of the manufacturing schedule and to review as required.\n• Check and advise any master data issues.\n• Liaise with the SIOP on matters relating to planning and movement of materials and goods.\n• Check the manufacturing schedule incorporating SAP information and product unit capacity.\n• Ensure a weekly plan is issued to the shop floor that is clean of any materials issues.\n• Manage medical inventory at a global level.\n• Understand the value stream capacity plan and model the effects of future demand.\n• Liaise with the European Procurement Group relating to supply contracts and other supply chain matters.\n• Participate in meetings with suppliers and to promote close collaborative working relationships with suppliers.\n• Take an active role in the continuous improvement process both within the plant and across all supply chain activity. Build stability and sustainability within the manufacturing plan.\n• Provide daily back order updates to the Supply Chain Director.\n• Ensure cycle counts and being maintain in the warehouse.\n• Liaise with European Distribution Centre for any urgent issues.\n• Build stability and sustainability within the manufacturing plan.\n• Provide daily back order updates to the Supply Chain Director.\n• Ensure cycle counts and being maintain in the warehouse.\n• Liaise with European Distribution Centre for any urgent issues.\n \n Education / Qualifications: \n• Proven experience in a high volume manufacturing operations environment.\n• Use of computer systems including MRP, MPS, SAP, and Excel.
