Are you our next Supply Chain Data Analyst?
As our new Supply Chain Data Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of the business. A trusted partner to stakeholders in both Tech and Operations who are tackling some of Gousto’s most challenging supply problems.
You'll be based at our Spalding office, so you'll be as close as possible to our operations, whilst staying closely connected to the London HQ. Your work will be split between three main areas: delivering insight work to step change our metrics, providing ad-hoc reporting for urgent queries coming from stakeholders, and partnering with domain experts from the different operations departments to help ensure that we are making the right, data driven, decisions ensuring the success of Gousto for years to come.
Despite Covid-19, we've got pretty ambitious plans for 2020 - and beyond! We're looking for a strong analyst to make sure we are driving our KPIs in the right direction, in addition to defining your own projects to improve our operations.
You need to be inquisitive, someone who can interpret data and spot trends, with the ability to explain insights with clarity in a way people understand and are motivated by.A bit about you.
Your analytical skills are pretty strong, it's all in the detail. You're all about data and Supply Chain. You have a strong grasp of analytical reporting and can use your skills to tell a compelling story which you effectively communicate to peers, C-Level and in trading meetings. You're curious and quick off the mark - as is needed in a business running a busy Supply Chain department.
Ideally, you'll have a mixture of these skills:Intermediate SQL skills Mathematical degree (e.g. Maths, Stats, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering)2+ years of analytics related working experienceAnalytical horsepower: you can fetch the data you need, understand it and tell an airtight story around it
Do you have any of these skills?Experience with R or python or similar programming languageExperience working in operations Experience working in eCommerce
