Job Category: Administration Job Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire, United Kingdom Search Consultancy is working with a fantastic business on the Leicestershire/Warwickshire border to recruit a Purchasing Administrator on a permanent basis. This opportunity is busy, and would suit someone who has excellent customer and supplier relationship management skills and solid administrative experience. Job Summary Responsibilities and Duties * Place purchase orders. * Holding meetings with suppliers and key stakeholders. * Create and update records of company agreements and licences. * Liaise with clients regarding samples and product forecasts. * Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners on deliveries. * Manage online file storage system. * Creating agendas and take meeting notes. * Market research and customer information data. To be considered for this position, you will have excellent IT skills including MS Office - Excel particularly and be confident picking up be-spoke software. Ideally you will have some motor industry experience and be comfortable liaising with all levels within the organisation. You will be able to juggle multiple projects with ease and be unflappable!
