Webhelp is recruiting a Quality Coach to join our team and work with one of our key clients.
We want someone with drive and motivation, someone who is passionate about the customer experience and is willing to exceed expectations.

Initially, you will be required to work from home while government guidelines for a lockdown is in place. Thereafter, you will be working in our state of the art facilities in either Sheffield of Dearne Valley.

As a member of the Quality Team, you'll work with and support our operational team through effective coaching and support in line with the quality and coaching framework. You will use your knowledge of process and quality standards to support the delivery of the quality framework and ensure the evaluators have the right blend of skills.

As a Quality Coach you will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and support those you work with to formulate individual development plans. You will use your analytical skills to understand individual and team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivery against key operational KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer interactions are quality checked correctly
- Facilitating calibration exercises with colleagues identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating effectively with managers and colleagues, supporting those you work with to formulate individual development plans
- Using your analytical skills to understand individual and team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and delivery against key operational KPI’s

Requirements
- Recent and relevant experience in training coaches, preferably using the GROW model
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to produce and present insights and actionable recommendations
