VOIP Account Manager (IT/Telecoms/SIP/VOIP)

** Please note: - A background of Telecoms (ideally VOIP/SIP) is required to be considered for this role **

Up to £40K basic plus up to £20K Commission

Responsibilities:

·Provide great service and support to named accounts

·Upsell in a professional manner when the opportunity arises (Target)

·Maximise new opportunities

·Work closely with operations team to continual improve our service

·Field based customer facing role

·Ensure customer satisfaction (NPS)

·Ensure customer loyalty (retention)

·Maintain CRM and other sales tools accurately

Candidate Requirements:

·Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Management role

·IT or Telecom background

·Exceptional at customer service

·Experience in customer meetings

·Can-do-attitude

·Excellent communication and problem solving skills

·Great at spotting account growth opportunities

·Attention to detail
