Up to £40k + Car Allowance + Pension + Laptop + Mobile + OTE

OTE Up to £80k Uncapped


We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading ISP & Telecommunications company who are looking to add an experience Sales professional to their team based in the South East. As a Unified Communications company, they have won multiple awards for their market leading solutions which is an acknowledgement to their innovative ways of working and the fantastic service they provide to their huge client portfolio.

It's an exciting time to be part of the team as they have experienced significant year on year growth and have also seen a big upturn in business over the last 5 months which truly demonstrates why they have a solid business model.

The company is now embarking on a strategy to triple the size of the business in the next 3 years, this provides an excellent opportunity for a career driven individual who wants to grow with this fast-paced organisation.


  • You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Business clients and channel partners within the South East
  • Identify, target, and win new business opportunities from both the Education & Corporate sectors
  • Managing new accounts once won, upselling, increasing revenue spends and retaining the relationships
  • Nurturing new opportunities from existing channel partners to maximise opportunities and retain relationships
  • Selling the companies full portfolio of services which include; Connectivity, Firewalls, WAN, Hosting, VoIP, Antivirus, Storage, Backup and End point Management.
  • Working with Pre-Sales & Channel Development Manager to enhance conversion rates.
  • Attending client meetings to build and enhance relationships with new and existing clients
  • Protecting margins and driving good levels of Gross Profit
  • Attending trade shows, seminars, exhibitions and product training


  • Experience working in a similar Sales Account Manager position within an ISP, Telecoms/Telecommunications, Unified Communications or ICT Sales, ICT Education Sales background is essential.
  • Strong track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written, numerical and representational skills
  • Ideally experience of the Education ICT market
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Experience of Field Based Sales with a dedicated work station for home working
