Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President
The Assistant Vice President of Standards and Methodology supports the development of global standards within the Transaction Monitoring team, part of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Monitoring and Screening. They are responsible for defining and documenting the typologies and red flags associated with products across Deutsche Bank Group’s businesses.
You will be dependent on other areas of AFC performing their defined responsibilities such as the Head of Model Standards for models development, optimisation and tuning and the Head of Financial Crime Operations to process the subsequent alerts and provide feedback on efficiency and effectiveness. You will work with ambiguity, operate effectively within a matrix environment with high stakeholder complexity, with the ability to absorb issues arising from a wide span of control and demonstrate sound judgement.
