Learning and Development is a busy and dynamic environment and this is a high profile and challenging role. The successful candidate will deliver a wide range of Personal Safety, First Aid and Taser STO training courses, maintaining the standards set by the College of Policing at all times If appointed you must be able to deliver and design a wide range of training programmes within the PST/Taser training team for Police officers and staff, in order to provide the training and development needs of the force in relation to the use of personal safety, first aid and Taser STOs. This may include the design and delivery of training courses for external organisations agency customers. This opportunity would suit a highly-motivated and dynamic individual with a strong sense of service delivery, professionalism and excellent communication skills who can bring their wide experience to the college. You will be expected to move with the ever changing demands of the force and adapt training delivery to suit those demands using innovative delivery methods. If successful you will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and drive, evidencing a clear vision on how you will drive practical skills forward in line with the perfect profile to ensure the training requirements across the Force are met.
