Solutions Specialist, Virtual Attendee Hub


As the industry-leader, we are guiding our customers from exclusively producing in-person meetings to now include virtual elements through the brand-new Virtual Attendee Hub. The Virtual Attendee Hub includes everything organizations need to deploy a virtual event experience to reach and engage audiences like never before by delivering immersive, interactive content to any device, anywhere in the world.   We’re looking for Solutions Specialists who are ready to actively oversee the configuration of Virtual Attendee Hub. As a product specialist, you will join our dynamic, close-knit Client Services department and gain best-in-class customer service experience. This is a great opportunity to build a career at a company that’s transforming its industry.  Solutions Specialists serve as our clients’ primary point of contact while they are using Cvent’s software. In this role, you will be responsible for exercising an expert-level of product knowledge to ensure our clients are able to realize the full benefits of Cvent’s software. Solutions Specialists spend 70 percent of the day assisting clients on the phone or via email, in addition to other special products and daily activities.  The ideal candidate should be extremely motivated with excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, fun work environment. This Solutions Specialist role will be to support our newest and fastest growing technology in the virtual event space.
