The role will involve: Data input - maintaining databases Taking telephone calls Managing legal post. Working on Datix - incident reporting system. Minute taking Reporting. Coordinating documents for meetings. The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday. Working 22.5hrs per week (Negotiable on days) Within Office hours of 9-17:00 (Negotiable on pattern) This is a Band 4 role, and the hourly pay is £11.21 an hour. . The ideal candidate will: Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, email and web services Previous experience of supporting CQC compliance and or compliance within an NHS setting Previous NHS administrative role Experience with NHS software systems Provide quality administrative support enabling the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support the team.
