The role they are recruiting for is as a Remote (Or Office based) Sales Consultant responsible for qualifying and generating new customers by introducing our client's innovative leading-edge tech solutions to their business. You will be working directly with the Director and sales team to hit appointment and sales targets developing initial enquiries and interest into confirmed new customers. You will be the first point of contact representing the company to all new prospects principally by a telephone-based approach. Also following up from either email enquiries, telephone calls, social media interest, website chats or marketing campaigns. Customers will largely be existing independent car rental operations. What is on offer is that they can use the 'app' which gives them tremendous advantages. The app is a mobility platform enabling car rental operators to enter a 24/7 keyless service. It gives many advantage to the operator including opening new remote locations. The hardware for the app can be installed in less than 15 minutes and is a small cost. The customer then pays a small monthly fixed cost per app in each car. This can be moved to another car if required. The customer experience revolutionises car rental. A customer can do everything from their phone. Book a car, find it, open the door, start the engine and much more. No human interaction is required also saving the operator staff costs. You will find most people you call will be interested, as it is an offer that saves and makes them money and adds quality to their business. Role: * Create awareness, build relationships, and generate sales opportunities through outbound telephone selling, e-mail, and social media channels * Generate new business contracts by pitching to senior decision makers and business owners qualifying their needs. * Adopt a consultative sales approach to show the benefits and potential returns that your services can offer to businesses. * Hit monthly targets for new customer sign ups. * An advantage if you have a second fluent major language. Remuneration: There are several aspects to the remuneration formula. All are based on results. Fast Track Bonus £1000 in month 1 for achieving five appointments. Sign Up Front Money £1000 per new customer paid immediately. You should sign up at least 2-4 per month. Monthly Commissions. Residual Commissions, Accruals Asset this is the building future expected commissions that you earnt in a month. You will receive these for up to 18 months even if you leave the company. Or you could sell the rights to them. Requirements: * A minimum 5 years sales experience * Business and entrepreneurial knowledge and attitude * Confidence with a positive attitude to listen and learn and a desire to work hard and hit targets / goals. * Self-discipline with our support and guidance. * A professional personality and demeanour The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills over the telephone and face to face. Coupled with the motivation to build and grow a sales pipeline. The role will on occasion include client facing at trade or networking events and therefore we require a professional person in terms of presentation and communication. The role also involves a high level of training and support, working in tandem with the Director to achieve results. The initial months in the role will include on-going training and guidance through the sales process to build your pipeline as quickly as possible.
