WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We are looking for a talented technical support representative to join the team, using their troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service and quality support to our customers. You’ll operate well within a defined process whilst thinking logically and calmly to resolve issues.

As a Tier 3 Technical Service Analyst, you'll follow ISO and ITIL practises, supporting our partners during troubleshooting activities as well as interacting and coordinating contractors and suppliers to see incidents through to closure. You’ll be providing an elevated level of incident management, problem management, and service request fulfilment across the portfolio, within set SLAs.

You will also be identifying any skill gaps within the team and partners, supporting training requirements with workshops and validation of knowledge.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

You’ll have service desk 3rd line support and WAN technology experience within a telecoms or networking environment, and the skills to confidently troubleshoot Internet Services including DSL, Ethernet, Firewalls and VoIP fault management. You’ll also have;

Networking principles - IPv4 and routing GPON and FTTHElevated level of trouble shooting and fault management5 GCSEs including English & Maths at Grade C or equivalent

Please note this role will require occasional weekend working as part of your standard hour week.
