Supervising junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy support workers within TSU. In conjunction with senior pharmacists, act as the Responsible Pharmacist for the TSU in accordance with national recommendations. Apply specialist knowledge to assess and evaluate the preparation method, formulation, and chemical stability of agents using all available and suitable reference sources. You will have ample opportunities to develop your skills within different therapy areas and extend your roles of practice. Comprehensive clinical and technical training will be given in all relevant areas to support and develop your role. In return we expect a commitment to personal development including self-directed learning and attendance at off-site courses. Prior experience in aseptic or oncology preparation would be an advantage but is not essential.
