Technology business services includes the configuration and delivery of hardware and software, systems administration, ongoing support operations, project oversight, change management and business partnering. Other key responsibilities include: Working with the Director to develop and implement strategy for office Technology operations, acting as a service delivery manager and business partner to office leadership teams Partnering with the London Director of Administration and business services teams in delivering customer focused Technology business services to the office, focusing on a service delivery philosophy of high levels of quality, engagement and customer experience Leading communication and management efforts on Technology business services initiatives, service reporting, projects, performance metrics, business partnering efforts and customer engagement for the London office Consulting with practicing lawyers, office leadership, global technology and business services departments to understand the commercial and business context of the use of technology. This includes evaluating and recommending improvements in technology, processes and/or resources Managing performance, motivation and development of office Technology support staff through structured training, supervision and coaching About you We’d love to hear from you if you: Exhibit well developed and professional leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm Display extensive knowledge of utilising team building, coaching and motivational skills within a customer service focused environment Possess the knowledge and skills needed to analyse and implement resolution to business process and workflow problems (e.g. continuous improvement techniques) And have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems Management or a similarly related field General technology systems, team and/or service delivery management experience in a standards-based (e.g. ITIL) environment Extensive and demonstrable experience in leading and driving teams, ensuring team and individual performance is met or exceeded as well as customer expectations, with a proven track record of continual improvement Working knowledge and experience of complex computer systems, applications and telecommunications systems Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding job opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
