As a Resilience Lead, you’ll be working alongside resilience champions understanding concepts around governance, liaising with regulators and ensuring consistent communication across the programme. You’ll be programme focused, analyzing and digesting complex data and presenting to senior stakeholders.What will you be doing?
•Engaging directly with the functional areas of Group Resilience effectively managing requests/ actions in a consistent way to support delivery into the business
•Acting as the Barclays Resilience Programme(BRP) Oversight for BI Technology
•Ensuring all change risk reviews are effectively assessed & tracked
•Managing impact of change to the BI Governance Framework and Technology Standards
•Utilising available data, form effective strategies to ensure that all the Technology Resilience Controls have effective Oversight and where required interventions at senior level
•Managing resources across the team and wider matrix teams to meet the changing needs of Technology Resilience
•Acting as a Leader in all areas of Technology Resilience, being a ‘go to’ expert and actively drive the Resilience Programme forward
•Supporting the Resilience Leads to ensure that there is consistency of approach
•Significant experience in Technology Resilience within a large enterprise environment
•A strong communicator at senior levels with a structured outcome based approach
•An influencer that is able to enthuse others that are impacted by the Resilience Programme, able to bring them effectively on the journey with us
•Ability to understand and use complex data to effectively tell a story and drive delivery
•Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting and urgent requirements effectively
•Comfortable in appropriate level of ‘check and challenge’ to drive activity in all parts of the resilience function (i.e. Treatment plans, Governance achievement, Regulator responses)
