A global specialty pharmaceutical business, who due to successfully achieving significant and sustained growth, has created the new role of Senior Program Manager. Working with the Programme Management team you will be working as a dedicated Senior Program Manager to develop and maintain client relations and responsibility for the delivery of new and existing programs of work, to key pharmaceutical and biotech accounts. As an experienced Senior Program Manager, you will have accountability for developing and maintaining client relationships, the setup, implementation, and management of individual Programs both internally with cross-functional project teams, and externally, in collaboration with Pharmaceutical and Biotech Companies.

The key responsibilities for this role are:
Delivering Client/Customer Programs of work to specified KPI's and SLA's Support the Programme Directors/Managers on key accounts and hold responsibility for accounts interacting with clients at senior level to ensure and facilitate the delivery of successful, measurable programs Successfully presenting and liaising with Clients to a high level, confidently being the face of the Company Deliver Programme Management solutions to support new and existing business growth Working to expand the growth of existing accounts while maintaining high levels of customer retention Maintaining consistently high levels of customer service while delivering program-specific KPIs and development objectives Have a strong financial acumen and contributing to business growth and profitability targets by identifying process enhancements from existing programs and new business opportunities Deliver assigned account plans that relate to current and future service offerings through strategic account management to global clients
Required Experience:
MUST HAVE PHARMACEUTICAL EXPERIENCE Experience in managing global Key Accounts within the "Big" Pharmaceutical Industry Proven commercial awareness, strong negotiation skills and business development/sales experience within global accounts A Science or Business degree Proven ability to build excellent relationships and networks A methodical, solutions-focused, and results-driven attitude Ability to take initiative, setting high personal standards and comfortability with risk Proven successful project planning and management skills A motivational and compelling communicator who can drive the team forward, effectively managing customer expectations and building strategic relationships with clients
