Inbound Sales Agent
Description✓Red Recruitment is recruiting Inbound Sales Agents in Liverpool to join one of the fastest-growing specialist insurance providers in the UK

✓The salary for this position is £22,050 per annum
✓This role will require you to answer inbound calls from customers, assist them with their queries and aim to retain them.
✓Benefits, Culture and Package for an Inbound Sales Agent:
✓Salary: £22,050 per annum
✓£25, 625 on target earnings + £2,000 performance-related bonus per annum [once established within your role]
✓Hours: 37.5 hours per week
✓Hours between 8am - 7.30pm, Monday - Saturday on a three-week rolling rota
✓You will only need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm
✓Flexible and part-time arrangements are also available
✓Contract Type: Permanent
✓Location: Liverpool
✓31 days annual leave [potential to increase to 35 days depending on length of service]

✓Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to their queries regarding their insurance
✓Retaining current customers to ensure high retention at the renewal stage
✓Identifying and assessing customer needs, whilst working to deliver good outcomes for customers
✓Maximising targets through effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills
✓Providing excellent customer service at all times of their customer's journeyKey Skills and Experience of an Inbound Sales Agent:
✓Good sales and negotiation skills to accompany strong communication skills [including a strong telephone manner]
✓Committed to providing excellent customer service
✓Ability to handle challenging conversations
✓Motor Insurance experience is advantageous but not essential
