Car Sales Executive

DescriptionWe are looking for candidates who have a track record of consistently exceeding expectations when it comes to providing outstanding customer service
You will be able to build strong relationships with clients to maximise sales opportunities and looking for all available opportunities.
Working with one of the World’s most exciting car brands, you will need to be willing to learn a strong working knowledge of the entire range along with competitor products.
We are looking for someone who can think outside the box.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Respond to enquiries for new and used vehicle sales
* Guide customers through their purchasing journey
* Develop and maintain knowledge of the manufacturer’s vehicle range
* Being the point of contact for your customers and taking ownership if any problems arise
* Attend industry / manufacturer relevant events with customers
Experience Requirements
* Previous sales experience within automotive sales [premium brands preferred]
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Passion for outdoor lifestyle and associated industries
* Great organisational skills - ability to manage the process from meeting the customer to delivering their vehicle
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, being able to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Key Information
* £20k Basic – £30k OTE
* Full Time – 5 Days Per Week inc
Weekends
* Pension Scheme
* 25 days holiday
* Based in Silverstone, Northamptonshire
