An incredible opportunity for a Category Director, GM, Commercial Director or Account Director to join a leading B2B organisation business, in a newly evolved role with accountability for more than £750m of revenue.
The heart of this role is based around leading and motivating a team of Account Directors, ensuring that the major customers experience an exceptional experience and service proposition, within the boundaries of pre-agreed contracts, whilst also seeking opportunities to cross sell and up sell.
As the current contracts expire, it is critical that this individual has developed effective, high-level relationships with all of the key stakeholders, to ensure contracts are renewed, ideally with better terms, based on the result of win/win scenarios and innovative service propositions.
This is a relationship and negotiation-led role and does not involve new business activity. As a result, a very specific type of skill set is required, as outlined below:
