As a result of growth across the firm, my client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Conveyancing team based in Stamford, Lincolnshire.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience within a similar role managing a large volume of Conveyancing matters. Applicants should have the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload including sales and purchases (Freehold & Leasehold), Re-mortgages and Transfer of Equity files from initial instruction to post-completion.Applications are invited from technically strong conveyancing candidates with excellent communication, organisation skills and attention to detail.
