Residential Conveyancer

I am currently recruiting for a fantastic law firm in the Stamford, Peterborough region who are seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners. The firm requires:• A candidate with ideally 2 years' experience in managing a large volume of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to completion. • Ability to manage a varied caseload - sales and purchases - freehold and leasehold files, re-mortgages and transfers of equity files from instruction to post completion. • Preparing contacts, title reports, raising enquiries and having good knowledge of all other documents relating to conveyancing transactions. • Fantastic organisations skills.
