Client Side Commercial Property Manager

I am working with an established property company, based in Central London. They are looking to grow their team with a qualified/experienced Property Management Surveyor. The business is a highly established family-run firm which has an excellent reputation. They also benefit from great financial stability, this coupled with their strategic business acumen allows the company to experience year on year growth and to continually strengthen their portfolio. You will be working within a small close-knit team of like-minded individuals and reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Management. You will be covering a mixed portfolio, giving you great variety in your day to day activity. Assets include, industrial, retail, office and residential – on a national scale. Key elements of the role include but are not limited to:* Management and set up of new instructions and portfolios* Client liaison and management* Property inspection and maintenance* Lease management* Tenant management* Managing of service charge and budgets The successful applicant will be MRICS qualified with experience in managing mixed commercial assets.
