Client Side Commercial Property Manager

One of the UK’s largest property companies is looking to supplement their property management team with an experienced Senior Surveyor/Associate in London. The property portfolio is valued at over £5 billion, situated across London and the South East, and mainly consists of office, retail, industrial and leisure assets. You will be joining a busy and high functioning team, consisting of over 20 professionals and reporting into the Head of Commercial Management. The role requires a hands-on property manager who has the ability to work strategically for the purpose of portfolio optimisation. You will also be responsible for rent review, lease renewal, licences sales and lettings. The role requires a motivated and driven individual with a strong commercial management background.
