I am currently recruiting for a Senior Facilities Manager to head up a small team of FM's in London, where you will be responsible for an exceptional FM service delivery.
My client, a leading Managing Agent, is currently looking for an additional Senior FM to add to their team due huge growth and a number of prestigious contract wins.

Responsibilities:Providing tenant and client liaison across 4-5 Trophy Buildings in Central LondonManagement of a team of Building Managers and Assistant Building ManagersOversight and management of service charge budgetsManagement of hard and soft service contractors across portfolioManagement of permit to work systemEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresEnsure high standards of service delivery are continually delivered to all occupiersLiaison with service desk and Associate Director to ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly and accurately
Qualifications:MBIFM - Member Of BIFMIOSH/ Nebosh Qualified
