Senior Facilities Assistant £31,000 to £33,000 Staverton 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
I am currently looking to recruit a Senior Facilities Assistant, to join the site of a nationally recognised company in Gloucester.
The successful candidate will be managing soft service areas which include; security, cleaning, pest control and front of house. They will be reporting in to the Regional Manager. We are looking for a candidate to manage and monitor the operation of the Facilities team in accordance with Contract Specification and Company Policy. The successful candidate will routinely undertake inspections of the site including daily maintenance checks. There will also be the responsibility to undertake and document a risk assessment of the whole site and other risk assessments / health and safety checks as directed by the OCS Health & Safety Officer. To have knowledge of changes in legislation and implement accordingly in accordance with Company guidance.
Key Senior Facilities Assistant responsibilities, these are not exhaustive - more tasks may be required within the role: - Management of security, cleaning, pest control and front of house - Delivery of an excellent workplace experience to customers with a focus on services and compliance - Support and developing a team of facilities service delivery colleagues - Working with the TSMs to lead the team to deliver our service standards, maintain HSE excellence and a secure workplace drive continuous service improvement and sustain a safe environment and improve customer experience. - Actively engaging in the provision of service innovation projects, programs and processes, keeping the contract informed and updated - To support the management and control of costs - Using the CAFM system to ensure that all jobs are logged and closed and investigating when this is not the case. - Ensure that all contractors abide to the OCS/Clients standards and work in safe manner - Provide monthly reports to the TSM on the works completed on the sites under your supervision
Requirements: o IT Skills including Microsoft, SAP and CAFM software platforms o Awareness of legislation relating to building compliance o Strong IT skills ( Microsoft, SAP, CAFM ,platforms) o Full clean driving licence. o Excellent personnel management skills o Strong motivational and team building skills o A resilient and robust nature is essential o An autonomous self-starter who will take ownership for a diverse team o Customer Focused
