Your new company A leading real estate and property management company is looking for a facilities administrator to join their vibrant and dynamic team in Angel, London. This organisation covers both commercial and residential properties and provides a wide range of exposure to aid your development. Your new role As the new facilities administrator you will be working alongside the Utility Manager supporting them with the administration for 1,300 properties, both commercial and residential focused on utilities. You will be required to assist with data entry, update and maintain meter readings, liaise with clients and contractors, keeping documents updates, assist with invoices and PO's along with other admin duties. You will be able to develop the role in time and expand alongside your knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will need some admin experience, but someone with an excellent work ethic, is reliable, keen to learn and highly organised is essential. You must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with people at all levels and build strong relationships.
