Kettering General Hospital Foundation Trust has a reputation for delivering high quality healthcare and offers a wide range of theatre specialties including Head and Neck surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Vascular, Breast, Urology, Gynaecology and General Surgery within our newly refurbished theatre department. We are able to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced theatre nurse or ODP to join our theatre teams. You must be driven and committed to the delivery of high quality, safe surgical practice and passionate about leading and developing theatre staff and teams. This post is primarily to Lead the Urology service so experience within this speciality in a scrubbed role is essential. You must be able to demonstrate commitment to developing the service, show evidence of clinical leadership and multidisciplinary team working with excellent communication skills. This vacancy offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a period of workforce improvement so an enthusiastic approach and a positive attitude to change are essential.
