About The Classroom Teacher Role This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher who has experience of working in either mainstream or special schools, to join our small school community and have a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEMH needs. We can offer good support and career opportunities. You will join a team of Teachers, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Therapists who are dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing learning environment. You will deliver high quality teaching and learning to our children and pro-actively work alongside a multi-disciplinary team in progressing their personal development. You will be given the necessary support by the Headteacher, to ensure that you can focus your time, energy and expertise on the children. You will have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, be resilient in working with children with SEMH needs, and be passionate about helping our children achieve their full potential.
