Our client is a well established and growing, multi disciplinary, private construction and property Consultancy who are in the market to appoint a Associate Partner within their Education / Schools sector. This role could have you based in the South East of London or City of London however majority of projects will be south east london based. This is very much a strategic appointment and should be considered succession planning as the current incumbent is due to retire. As an established Associate Partner or Associate Director with Building Surveying discipline, it is expected that you have a a demonstrable track record of delivery within the Education / Schools sector and should also be aware of Infrastructure Levys; under section 106 funding using schools as part of a Residential development. You can also expect to have input in the planning stage of these developments. This is very much an Education Lead role and as such, the Associate Partner or Associate Director should be able to interact and communicate with the Public Sector and associated stakeholders effectively, using a very pragmatic and empathetic approach. This position really would suit someone who has been undertaking the full responsibilities as an established Associate Partner or Associate Director as there will be extensive pre-contract work as well as developing existing and future client relationships and elements of town planning.
