Description✓Remedy Education are looking for a Community Psychiatric Nurse CPN band 6 to start in Romford
✓Applicants need to be professionally qualified and committed to providing responsive and high-quality clinical services to mental health service users and their carers.
✓This role is for a Care Co-ordinator to manage a caseload of clients aged between 17 and 65 who have experienced a first episode of any psychotic illness, using evidence based /client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
✓Main duties of the job
✓Applicants must have a keen interest in all mental health issues and therefore is required to have up to date knowledge of treatments and protocols
✓The post holder will be able to work autonomously, exercise clear and coherent decision-making skills and be able to work flexibly.
✓The role involves working closely alongside the patients and their carers as well as various relevant agencies including GP's, acute Hospitals, Social Services, as well as voluntary support services.
✓As part of the team, you will be expected to participate within the duty system
✓Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
