In this newly created role reporting into the marketing communications director, you will be responsible for defining and building our partner marketing strategy. Working alongside the Intelligent Labels partnership team, you will gain visibility to business strategy and aspirations, core partner activity already underway as well as future initiatives in development. The role will encompass a wide range of activities including events, content and asset creation, joint marketing communication planning and activity and PR. As part of the marketing communications team, you will work closely with the marcom segment leads to ensure alignment and seamless execution of activity within each segment. This is a global role and requires a strong multi-tasking skill-set and confidence to drive new initiatives within the business. You should have a proven track record of working with global teams, building strong relationships within the technology ecosystem and be a keen networker.
- Work closely with the partnership team to define and establish the partner marketing strategy, as well as establish KPI’s for short, mid and long term strategic activity - Develop and oversee the marketing plan for specific Partners within the organization and implement Partner campaigns - Establish a PR plan for partner announcements & joint initiatives and work in collaboration with the relevant PR agencies to ensure we have a consistent brand presence and narrative across all communication - Ensure there is an integrated approach to all activity and communication in alignment with the MarCom segment leads - Content creation for variety of marketing and communications collateral, while ensuring consistency of brand messaging across activity - Draft and submit project briefs to the creative team that are clear, complete and actionable - Utilize data and market insights to provide recommendations to drive brand awareness and demand generation with partners - Build relationships with key external partner stakeholders and work closely to seamlessly roll out joint activity and communication - Support, prepare and write marketing communications and/or presentations for the wider organization and leadership team to raise awareness of partner activity - Manage the partner marketing budget and ensure all activity shows a clear ROI
