Manufacturers Payers About Careers RPR™ Login Request a Demo JobsSenior Engineer (Development & DevOps) Director/Senior Director Market Access Senior Consultant, Market Access Consultant, Market Access Senior Analyst, Market Access Director/Senior Director Market AccessReporting to the Vice President and Global Head of Global Market Access Operations (VPGHMAO), the Director will lead and run projects for company initiatives in support of our payer, biopharmaceutical, and investment community clients.Manage project teams to deliver projects of the highest quality and credibly engage with clients of all levelsBecome an active member of the Senior Leadership team (SLT is comprised of Co-founders/Heads of Operations and Technology respectively) to identity areas of organisational improvement and development and propose implementable solutions.Be a key contributor to the enhancement of the RPR™ platform and new product development conceptsSupport Commercial Development as a content expert in proposal development, pitch presentations, and recognizing new opportunities with existing clients.Work closely with VPGHMAO to achieve Departmental and overall Company TargetsResponsibilities:RPR ExecutionEnd to end execution of the payer research projects; understanding clients need, designing the questionnaire, selecting and suggesting payer archetypes which fits best for the clients need, analyse the payer responses, and develop deliverables including strategic insights and recommendations.Project management including not only the day-to-day delivery and timeline of the projects but also delivering client presentations for client pitches, and other key meetings.Staff Development and trainingSupport the Global Head in the line management and development of all operational staff to ensure timely and accurate communication between internal and external stakeholders[BA1] .Have training responsibilities from a Global Market Access perspective, including payer archetypes, market environment for US, EU5, Latin American, Asia-Pacific, and emerging markets.Process ImprovementEnhance Operational processes at all stages to equip the organisation to scale in an efficient and profitable manner.Create expert content for MAT’s proprietary technology products and services.New Product Development - Seek opportunities to extend the current product offerings, and work with the SLT to bring these to fruition.Commercial Development SupportBecome a key MAT client liaison point developing productive relationships and collaborating extensively with the Commercial Development and Marketing teamsProactively support commercial team to identify new business opportunities, if any opportunities for future work are identified, ensure these opportunities are communicated to a relevant senior colleague or the client if appropriateGrowing the RPR Stakeholder NetworkExpand MAT’s stakeholder network and recruitment of payers and payer advisors globallyDevelop Strategies for Global Payer Recruitment, including specified archetypes, categorization, engagement, and growing MAT’s networkExperience and Expertise8+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device related firm or related consultancy5+ years’ experience in Pricing/Market Access and/or Health Economic related disciplinesDeep understanding Global health care payer systems and Health Technology AssessmentsExperience conducting emerging markets projectsExperience building / utilizing portals for communication /market research purposes preferredExperience in, appetite for high growth phase organisationsDemonstrable teambuilding / leadership skills and ability to inspireForeign language proficiency is a plusTravel: 20-30% including international travelLocation choice:UK – London or FleetUS – New Jersey or New YorkRemote considered  Apply Now Home Join the Network Our Clients Our Offices & Contact Us Careers Resource Events & News Privacy Policy Terms of Use © 2020 Market Access Transformation.
