Salesforce CRM Specialist required for 6-12mth contract (fully remote -but applicants must be UK based) Rate: £350-450 p/d (Outside IR35) Duration 6-12mths Interviews: week commencing 12/10/20 Job brief We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with customers and patients. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics. You should have wider understanding of how these systems can link into other reporting platforms. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns. Salesforce CRM Specialist Responsibilities * Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems * Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel * Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers * Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers * Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns * Suggest new methods to address customers' needs * Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics * Build out Salesforce to better meet the operational needs of the business Requirements * Proven work experience as a Salesforce CRM implementation lead or similar role * Solid background in customer acquisition strategies * Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems * Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices * An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end * Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude Demonstrable industry experience of managing and leading Salesforce implementation projects involving the following: - Salescloud HTML/CSS Workflow Automation within Salesforce Salesforce Integration with Legacy line of business application If you are interested in this Salesforce CRM Specialist contract please apply with a latest copy of your CV - clearly showing Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
