Who are we looking for? We are looking for a CRM Planning and Analysis Manager driven by data and in love with all things Excel to join our UKI Betfair CRM team Are you up for an exciting challenge? The CRM Planning and Analysis Manager will play a key role in this dynamic and fast paced team. In an industry that is constantly growing and evolving, the successful candidate will play an active part ensuring the Betfair UKI CRM team are staying ahead of the game. Using innovative solutions along with data led actions and decisions we strive to take CRM to the next level, providing even more personalised, relevant experiences for our customers. Reporting into the Head of CRM the primary purpose of the CRM Planning and Analysis Manager is to steer the development and analysis of CRM plans across all channels. The successful candidate will lead on the creation of detailed campaign plans and development of actionable insight in customer comms. They will oversee the campaign analysis and test & learn plan that consistently improves programme performance and enables clear reporting and recommendation to a range of senior stakeholders across commercial and marketing. This individual will work closely with the Head of CRM, CRM Managers, the Data & Deployment team along with other teams across the business including Marketing Performance, BI and Data Science, Product and Commercial teams. Why we need you: Reporting into the Head of CRM, the CRM Planning and Analysis Manager will: Be responsible for the development of detailed campaign plans and briefs to ensure successful execution via the extended CRM team. Responsible for analysis of all CRM campaigns and all customer base reporting Identify opportunities for value driving activity in line with commercial priorities and provide recommendations based on best forecast outcomes backing up recommendations with research and / or data driven insight. Engage stakeholders within the CRM team to ensure effective understanding of their requirements from an insight and analysis perspective. Understand the commercial objectives and how insight and analysis can inform decision making to meet targets. Extract, manipulate and analyse data to provide critical management information to enable decision making on the key questions facing the CRM team. Responsible for the tracking, measurement and reporting of CRM activity and adherence to overall campaign objectives. In collaboration with the CRM team create the monthly communications tech spec. Work with wider analytical teams to ensure Betfair CRM team has access to the reports and dashboards it needs What experience would make you perfect for the role? Proven experience in a similar position agency or Client side Experience in translating strategic requirements into clear and impactful analysis proposals. Knowledge of both marketing and technical database system/campaign management software. Experience in Big Data Analytics landscape (e.g. Adobe, SQL, BI). Understanding of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Advanced Excel skills Desirable skills: Good knowledge of sports, online gaming or gambling.
