EMEA Digital Marketing Coordinator / Specialist

REPORTS TO: Global Marketing Director - US Based As a member of the Global Marketing Team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for owning and executing the regional marketing plan and executing in partnership with the EMEA SVP of Sales. Responsibilities include leading marketing campaigns, events and programs, updates to regional landing pages, collateral, white papers, webinars, email marketing, and other creative means for communicating our unique value to customers. This role will coordinate the development of regional marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, brochure, end-user documents and update to web content in close consultation with the Global Marketing leads. Working with the corporate headquarters, this individual will implement and execute initiatives to support our sales efforts, create and implement marketing plans to ensure the successful engagement of customer experience with all aspects of the company business across the EMEA region. You have a deep understanding of customer research, A/B testing, messaging, positioning, email marketing, search marketing, and social media marketing. You can create content and figure out creative ways to meet goals within budget. You have a desire to make complex technologies easy and a continued focus on delivering creative ways to capture customer attention and adoption. You understand the marketing funnel - and strive to fill the leaks in the funnel to deliver optimal conversion rates. You want to get leads in the funnel and move them to loyal customers as efficiently as possible while creating a loyal customer following. Responsibilities and Skills Content Marketing
- Localize global marketing plan for regional fit & purpose
- Manage content and collateral requests from region - ensure sales team is prepared with go-to-market needs, proactively initiate development or update of outdated content
- Work with regional team to develop collateral, events & activities to drive sales growth & customer retention
- Writes, edits, and reviews content for various channels and assets, including blog posts, case studies, web pages, white papers, webinars, content abstracts, and more Digital Marketing
- Create a long-term marketing strategy and roadmap, along with your Marketing Director, that clarifies the vision for your region, including channel mix, projects or campaigns, and overall priorities.
- Develop and maintain HubSpot emails, landing pages, forms, and other marketing assets within HubSpot
- Test communication & presentation with A/B testing for campaign optimization
- Manage social media plan & execution on behalf of the region (as part of & independent of campaign execution)
- Planning Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Grow new interest and leads through SEO, PPC, content marketing, optimized site conversion, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Perform marketing attribution analysis on campaigns, report, and optimize
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points
- Work with Sales Ops to create content that moves leads throughout the funnel, particularly where bottlenecks occur and ensure data quality remains high
- Analyze previous marketing campaigns, and adjust to optimize ROI and key results Minimum requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing roles, content marketing, and social media marketing. SaaS & energy market experience a plus
- Experience with: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, Adobe Creative
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and vendors. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable with identifying and solving problems
- Strong written and spoken English, fluent in German or French Note: All candidates applying for this role must be eligible to work and live in UK and must have relevant experience working in IT or Energy sectors
