Production Operative - PM Shift

We are looking for a team of Production Operatives that will be working out of our Coventry warehouse, carrying out a range of duties, including:

- Manual loading and unloading.

- Heavy Lifting.

- Working within a busy industrial environment.

- Picking / stock count.

- Quality inspection.

- Sequencing/machine operative work.

- Training of colleagues where appropriate.

- Personal training such as FLT training, if required

As one of our Production Operatives you need to have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is essential

- Must be physically fit due as this job has some heavy lifting.

- You will need to be able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative.

- Enjoy the challenge to hit and maintain productivity targets.

- Be available to work different shifts and perform different tasks.

Shift - Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:00, Friday 13:30 – 21:00 £10.36 p/h and increases to £10.86 after 12 weeks.
